Janitorial Supervisor

- Oversee and supervise janitorial staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis
- Train and mentor new janitorial staff members to ensure they understand and follow company standards and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
- Identify and address any areas of improvement or concern in regards to cleanliness and maintenance
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond to and resolve any customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated effort in maintaining the facility
- Conduct performance evaluations for janitorial staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in janitorial services to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Janitorial Or Facilities Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Cleaning Techniques, Equipment, And Chemicals.
Experience With Budgeting, Scheduling, And Managing A Team Of Janitorial Staff.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Employees.
Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Procedures, With The Ability To Ensure Compliance And Promote A Safe Work Environment.
