Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Janitorial Supervisor Position At Abm Industries Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Supervising A Team Of Janitorial Staff. This Includes Overseeing Their Work, Providing Feedback And Training, And Managing Their Schedules.
Knowledge Of Cleaning Procedures And Equipment: A Janitorial Supervisor At Abm Industries Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Cleaning Procedures And Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Floor Care, Restroom Cleaning, And Use Of Chemicals.
