- Oversee and manage a team of janitorial staff to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and mentor new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards.

- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and submit orders as needed.
- Monitor and track staff attendance, performance, and productivity.

Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: A Janitorial Supervisor At Abm Industries Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Supervisor In A Janitorial Or Cleaning Industry. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Manage A Team Effectively.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Their Team, Clients, And Management. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Resolve Any Conflicts That May Arise.
Knowledge Of Cleaning Procedures And Equipment: A Janitorial Supervisor Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Cleaning Methods, Procedures, And Equipment. This Knowledge Will Help Them Train Their Team, Ensure Quality Standards Are Met, And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.
