
Inventory Coordinator

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products and materials for ABM Industries.
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for upcoming projects.
- Communicate inventory needs and updates to relevant teams and departments.
- Monitor and track inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with inventory levels.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and manage inventory.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis for management.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Train and supervise other team members on inventory management procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve inventory management processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Software And Systems.
Excellent Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control And Management.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
