  1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  2. Coordinate and oversee the ordering, receiving, and storage of all inventory items.
  3. Work closely with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of inventory items.
  4. Utilize inventory management software to track, monitor, and report on inventory levels and movement.
  5. Monitor and analyze inventory trends to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize errors and shrinkage.
  7. Train and supervise inventory team members to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory items.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for future demand.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area to ensure efficient and safe access to inventory items.
  10. Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory orders and deliveries.
  11. Participate in regular inventory meetings to provide updates on inventory levels, trends, and any potential issues.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline inventory processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
  14. Proactively identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels or processes.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling and storing inventory items.
