1. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.
2. Facilitate the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
3. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
4. Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
6. Assist with performance management processes, including coaching and counseling employees and supporting managers in conducting performance evaluations.
7. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with management to identify and address employee development and training needs.
9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
10. Stay up-to-date on HR-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
11. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and process improvements.
12. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
