- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Conduct thorough and fair screening and selection processes to ensure the best fit for each role.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee training and development needs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to HR and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations And Compliance.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
