  1. Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding to maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces.
  2. Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, trees, and shrubs to promote healthy growth.
  3. Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
  4. Remove debris, leaves, and other litter from outdoor areas.
  5. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  6. Monitor and report any issues or concerns with the condition of outdoor spaces.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  9. Keep track of inventory and notify supervisor when supplies need to be restocked.
  10. Identify and report any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  12. Communicate with clients and respond to any requests or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the appearance and overall aesthetic of outdoor spaces.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Attend training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
