1. Maintaining the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces for our facilities.
2. Regularly inspecting and identifying areas that need attention, such as litter, debris, or potential hazards.
3. Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to keep them neat and well-manicured.
4. Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and other plants in designated areas.
5. Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to maintain the health and appearance of outdoor spaces.
6. Removing weeds and other unwanted plants from designated areas.
7. Assisting with the setup and maintenance of outdoor equipment, such as sprinkler systems and outdoor furniture.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of outdoor storage areas and equipment.
9. Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
10. Responding to emergency cleanup situations, such as spills or fallen branches.
11. Communicating with team members and other staff to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient use of time and resources.
12. Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
13. Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies for groundskeeping tasks.
14. Tracking and reporting daily tasks and progress to the supervisor.
15. Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
16. Adhering to company policies and procedures.
17. Continuously seeking ways to improve and maintain the quality of our outdoor spaces.
18. Maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude while working independently or in a team setting.
