  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and watering to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of outdoor spaces.
  2. Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of plants, trees, and shrubs.
  3. Keep outdoor areas free of debris, including leaves, trash, and other items.
  4. Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
  5. Assist with the installation and upkeep of irrigation systems.
  6. Identify and report any issues or concerns with outdoor spaces to the supervisor.
  7. Utilize pesticides and herbicides as needed to control weeds and pests.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and handling chemicals.
  9. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient use of time.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by responding promptly and courteously to any requests or questions.
  11. Ensure all company and client standards for cleanliness and appearance are met.
  12. Keep accurate records of tasks performed and materials used.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and make suggestions to supervisors.
  14. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
