1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding to keep the grounds well-manicured and presentable.
2. Oversee the upkeep of all outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and walkways, to ensure they are safe and visually appealing.
3. Use various tools and equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers, to maintain the grounds efficiently and effectively.
4. Monitor and report any issues or concerns with the grounds, such as damaged sprinkler systems, broken fences, or pest infestations, to the appropriate supervisor.
5. Assist with planting and maintaining flower beds and other landscaping features to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds.
6. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
7. Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory and promptly report any shortages or malfunctions to the supervisor.
8. Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute seasonal projects and special events, such as holiday decorations or outdoor events.
9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and responding to their requests or concerns.
10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the appearance of the grounds, suggesting new ideas and techniques to the supervisor.
11. Attend regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in groundskeeping.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
