- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with equipment or facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and coordinate schedules.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments to report any issues or updates on maintenance tasks.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A General Maintenance Technician At Abm Industries Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Educational Qualification.
Prior Experience In Maintenance Or Related Field: Candidates With Prior Experience In Maintenance Or A Related Field Such As Carpentry, Plumbing, Or Electrical Work Will Be Preferred For This Role.
Technical Skills And Knowledge: A General Maintenance Technician Should Have Technical Skills And Knowledge Related To Building Maintenance, Including Troubleshooting, Repairs, And Preventative Maintenance.
Physical Abilities: This Job Requires Physical Abilities Such As Standing, Walking, Climbing, And Lifting Heavy Objects. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills: A General Maintenance Technician Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Fix Issues In Buildings And Equipment.
