  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations and maximize profitability.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of fleet maintenance, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor relations.
  3. Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet management.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of fleet supervisors and technicians to ensure high-quality work and employee development.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet operations, expenses, and performance.
  8. Continuously evaluate and source new fleet vehicles, equipment, and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
  9. Manage relationships with external partners, such as leasing companies and equipment suppliers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fleet management to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on fleet performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Ensure the safety of all fleet operations by enforcing company policies and promoting a culture of safety.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  14. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in fleet operations.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fleet Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Operation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Fleet Operations, Including Maintenance, Purchasing, And Budgeting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance, Including Dot Regulations And Environmental Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
