  1. Oversee and manage the entire fleet operations for ABM Industries, including vehicles, equipment, and drivers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver logs.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet operations and safety.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to clients.
  7. Hire, train, and supervise a team of drivers, mechanics, and other fleet staff.
  8. Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and training as needed to ensure safe and efficient driving practices.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for fleet-related services and products.
  10. Prepare and manage the fleet budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in fleet management to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  13. Handle any fleet-related emergencies, accidents, or incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Uphold the company's commitment to safety and compliance at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
