- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients' facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans for all facilities, including regular inspections and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and manage budgets for each facility, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure facilities are meeting quality standards and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure all facilities are up to company standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations.
- Manage and maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials needed for facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for each facility.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for each facility.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for facility operations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Train and mentor staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Act as a point of contact for any facility-related emergencies or urgent issues.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Commercial Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facility Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Proficient In Computer Software And Systems Used In Facility Management, Such As Cmms And Bms.
