We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our clients' facilities, overseeing maintenance and upkeep, managing budgets and resources, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients' facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans for all facilities, including regular inspections and preventative maintenance schedules.
  3. Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Create and manage budgets for each facility, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to ensure facilities are meeting quality standards and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure all facilities are up to company standards.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations.
  9. Manage and maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials needed for facility maintenance.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for each facility.
  11. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for each facility.
  12. Evaluate and recommend improvements for facility operations and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  14. Train and mentor staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  15. Act as a point of contact for any facility-related emergencies or urgent issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Commercial Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facility Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proficient In Computer Software And Systems Used In Facility Management, Such As Cmms And Bms.
