- Oversee the maintenance, operations, and safety of our clients' facilities.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Lead and manage a team of facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Implement and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to support overall business objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, staff, and upper management.
- Prepare and present reports on facility performance, expenses, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a positive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Security.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Commercial Setting.
Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Facilities.
Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Osha And Ada, And Ability To Ensure Compliance.
