- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance, security, and cleaning staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance and cleaning schedules to ensure facilities are kept in good condition and meet company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify any maintenance, safety, or security concerns and take appropriate action to address them.
- Act as the main point of contact for any facility-related issues and provide prompt and effective solutions.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of facility-related activities.
- Develop and implement emergency plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all individuals in the facilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve the operations of our facilities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to facility management and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all facility staff, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide reports to senior management on the status of facility operations, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management Or A Similar Role
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Maintenance Procedures, And Safety Regulations
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills
Proficiency In Computer Software For Facility Management, Such As Cmms And Iwms Systems.
