- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities for clients, including but not limited to buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, meeting all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective maintenance and repair programs.
- Manage and train a team of facility maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Oversee and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and coordinate with other departments and vendors as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management, and implement new strategies and technologies to improve operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, and proactively identify and address any potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on facility operations and performance for senior management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Multi-Site Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Security.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Coordinate A Team Of Maintenance And Cleaning Staff.
Proven Experience In Budget Management, Cost Control, And Vendor Management.
