3. Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective maintenance and repair programs.
4. Manage and train a team of facility maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
5. Oversee and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.
6. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
7. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and coordinate with other departments and vendors as needed.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility management, and implement new strategies and technologies to improve operations.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
11. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, and proactively identify and address any potential risks.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and objectives.
13. Prepare regular reports and presentations on facility operations and performance for senior management.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
