  1. Oversee the maintenance and operations of all facilities within the company.
  2. Develop and implement effective facility management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities.
  3. Manage and lead a team of facility staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  4. Ensure that all facilities are safe, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and address facility needs and issues.
  6. Create and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for all facilities.

  10. Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues related to facility management.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management.
  12. Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing for clients and visitors.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve facility management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Building Operations And Maintenance.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations, Such As Osha And Ada.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Maintenance And Custodial Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Stakeholders.
