Bachelor's Degree In Facility Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Building Operations And Maintenance.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations, Such As Osha And Ada.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Maintenance And Custodial Staff.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Stakeholders.
