- Oversee the maintenance and operations of all company facilities.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage a team of maintenance and custodial staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any areas in need of repair or improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses and capital expenditures.
- Create and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee any renovation or construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to facility management.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on facility operations and identify any potential issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for any facility-related inquiries or issues.
- Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Building Systems And Operations, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Security.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Effectively Communicate With Clients And Vendors.
Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Osha And Ada.
