Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee And Direct A Team Of Facility Staff.
