- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and clients.
- Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Hire, train, and supervise facility staff, including custodial, maintenance, and security personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that facility needs are met and operations are aligned with company goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and implement new strategies to improve facility management processes.
- Handle any emergency situations or incidents that may arise and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards all employees and clients, consistently providing excellent customer service.
- Continuously evaluate and assess facility operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Or Property Management, Preferably In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Maintenance Practices, And Safety Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Diverse Team And Interact With Clients.
Familiarity With Budgeting, Cost Control, And Project Management Principles.
