  1. Oversee the maintenance and operations of clients' facilities to ensure they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules for all facilities.
  3. Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Ensure all work is being completed in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
  5. Monitor and control facility budget and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures where appropriate.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to secure competitive bids and ensure timely completion of projects.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management, implementing new strategies and technologies as needed.
  11. Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance, support, and feedback to facility maintenance staff.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  13. Respond promptly to any emergency situations or facility-related incidents.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve facility management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image to clients, vendors, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Large Commercial Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Facility Staff.

  • Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Cost Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
