  1. Conduct thorough inspections of our facilities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  2. Identify potential safety hazards and provide recommendations for improvements.
  3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in order to accurately assess the condition of the facilities.
  4. Utilize your knowledge of facility management to make informed recommendations for efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  5. Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to management and collaborate with them to implement necessary changes.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to facility management.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and standards to continuously improve our facility inspections.
  8. Utilize various tools and technology to document and report inspection findings.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all facilities meet company standards.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to our clients by addressing any concerns or issues related to facility inspections.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: A Facility Inspector At Abm Industries Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Local And National Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Industry Standards For Facility Maintenance And Safety.

  • Experience In Facility Maintenance: This Role Requires Hands-On Experience In Facility Maintenance, Including Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, And Other Building Components.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Facility Inspector, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Identifying Potential Safety Hazards Or Maintenance Issues. The Ability To Thoroughly Inspect And Document Findings Is Essential.

  • Communication Skills: Facility Inspectors Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Vendors, And Other Team Members To Address Any Issues That May Arise During Inspections. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Necessary For This Role.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Information And Make Sound Decisions Is Key In This Role. Facility Inspectors Must Be Able To Identify Potential Problems And Develop Effective Solutions In A Timely Manner.
