Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: A Facility Inspector At Abm Industries Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Local And National Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Industry Standards For Facility Maintenance And Safety.
Experience In Facility Maintenance: This Role Requires Hands-On Experience In Facility Maintenance, Including Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, And Other Building Components.
Attention To Detail: As A Facility Inspector, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Identifying Potential Safety Hazards Or Maintenance Issues. The Ability To Thoroughly Inspect And Document Findings Is Essential.
