Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: A Facility Inspector At Abm Industries Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Building Codes And Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Safety In All Facilities.
Experience In Facility Management: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Facility Management Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Maintenance And Repair Processes.
Attention To Detail: Facility Inspectors Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Potential Safety Hazards Or Maintenance Issues In Buildings.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In This Role, As Facility Inspectors Will Need To Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Facility Managers And Other Team Members.
