Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: A Facility Inspector At Abm Industries Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Building Codes And Regulations To Ensure That Facilities Are In Compliance With All Necessary Standards.
Strong Attention To Detail: As A Facility Inspector, It Is Essential To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify Potential Hazards Or Issues Within A Facility. This Includes Identifying Potential Fire Hazards, Structural Weaknesses, And Safety Concerns.
