- Conduct regular inspections of client facilities to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Create detailed reports of inspection findings and communicate them to the appropriate parties.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure the ongoing functionality of client facilities.
- Collaborate with facility managers and other team members to address any identified issues and develop effective solutions.
- Monitor and track the completion of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure timely and accurate resolution of identified issues.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of industry standards and regulations related to facility safety and maintenance.
- Train and educate facility staff on proper safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Continuously assess and improve facility inspection processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent ABM Industries in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Facility Inspections And/Or Maintenance.
Knowledge Of Building Systems: Proficiency In Understanding And Identifying Various Building Systems, Such As Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Fire Safety.
Attention To Detail: Ability To Thoroughly Inspect And Identify Potential Issues Or Areas For Improvement Within A Facility, While Accurately Documenting Findings.
Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Management Regarding Inspection Results And Recommendations.
Time Management: Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects, While Adhering To Deadlines And Maintaining A High Level Of Efficiency And Accuracy In Inspections.
