Experience In Building Maintenance And Facility Inspection: A Facility Inspector At Abm Industries Should Have Prior Experience In Conducting Building Maintenance And Facility Inspections. This Includes Knowledge Of Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, And General Building Operations.
Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Building Codes: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Safety Regulations And Building Codes To Ensure That Facilities Meet All Regulatory Requirements. This Includes Knowledge Of Osha Regulations, Fire Codes, And Ada Guidelines.
Strong Attention To Detail: Facility Inspectors Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify Potential Safety Hazards And Maintenance Issues. They Should Be Able To Thoroughly Inspect And Identify Issues With Building Systems, Equipment, And Structures.
