- Troubleshoot and address any issues or malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients' facility management needs.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry advancements and trends to continuously improve our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Utilize engineering principles and best practices to identify and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities for each client's building.
- Coordinate and oversee external contractors and service providers when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Represent ABM Industries in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facility Engineering Or Maintenance Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Fire Protection.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Building Management Systems (Bms).
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders.
