Job Description

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' facilities.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients' facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their facility needs and ensure that they are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
  4. Develop and implement facility management plans and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  5. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and expenses.
  7. Coordinate and schedule facility maintenance and repairs, including managing work orders and following up on completion.
  8. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding facility operations.
  9. Train and supervise facility staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and security personnel.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve services and processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  12. Monitor and manage facility budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and objectives.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential facility issues before they become major problems.
  15. Continuously seek to improve customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
