Job Description

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, including office spaces, equipment, and common areas.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all facility-related expenses, budgets, and contracts.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify any potential issues and address them proactively.
  6. Communicate with employees and management regarding any facility-related updates, issues, or changes.
  7. Manage and schedule routine maintenance and repairs, as well as emergency repairs, to minimize any disruptions to business operations.
  8. Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for facilities.
  9. Procure and maintain an inventory of necessary supplies, equipment, and materials for facility maintenance.
  10. Train and supervise facility staff, such as maintenance workers and janitorial staff, to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve our processes and operations.
  12. Handle any other duties or projects related to facility management as assigned by management.
