  1. Maintain and oversee the day-to-day operations of company facilities, including office buildings, warehouses, and other properties.
  2. Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for all facilities, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all facilities.
  4. Monitor and track facility expenses, including budget planning and adherence.
  5. Respond to and resolve any facility-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the facilities meet their needs and requirements.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
  8. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management, including maintenance logs and expense reports.
  10. Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies for the facilities.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests, addressing any facility-related needs or concerns promptly.
  13. Train and supervise facility staff, including custodial and maintenance personnel.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to facility management.
  15. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all facilities are in compliance with health and safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Building Maintenance And Operations: A Facilities Coordinator At Abm Industries Should Have A Strong Background In Building Maintenance And Operations, Including Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Electrical And Plumbing Systems, And General Building Upkeep.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills: This Position Requires Effective Communication And Organizational Skills To Coordinate And Manage Various Tasks And Projects, As Well As To Effectively Communicate With Employees, Vendors, And Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Safety And Security Protocols: Abm Industries Places A High Priority On Safety And Security, So A Facilities Coordinator Should Have Experience And Knowledge Of Safety And Security Protocols, Including Emergency Procedures And Osha Regulations.

  • Customer Service Experience: As A Facilities Coordinator, You Will Be Working Closely With Clients And Building Occupants, So It Is Important To Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role To Ensure A Positive And Professional Relationship With Stakeholders.
