Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team at ABM Industries.   1. Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies for clients to reduce their environmental impact.
  2. Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on energy-efficient equipment and technologies.
  4. Collaborate with clients to develop customized energy management plans to meet their specific needs and goals.

  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of energy efficiency initiatives.
  10. Continuously identify and implement innovative solutions to improve energy efficiency processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and promote energy efficiency services.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of energy efficiency projects and results.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting energy assessments and audits.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
  15. Uphold the company's core values and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Energy Efficiency Consulting, Auditing, Or Project Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Energy Systems, Energy Codes And Standards, And Energy Efficiency Technologies.

  • Certification As A Leed Accredited Professional Or Certified Energy Manager (Cem) Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Explain Complex Technical Information To Clients And Stakeholders.
