1. Oversee all custodial staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
2. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' facilities.
3. Train and mentor new custodial staff, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties to the highest standard.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed.
5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas of the facility are being properly cleaned and maintained.
6. Respond promptly to any client complaints or concerns and take necessary actions to address them.
7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all custodial staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
8. Manage custodial staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and special events.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow within the facility.
10. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management for process enhancements.
