- Oversee the daily operations of custodial staff and ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and mentor custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facilities are maintained to company standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Monitor and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operation of custodial services.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and addressing any potential hazards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Create and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize custodial processes and procedures.
Experience In Custodial Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Custodial Industry. This Will Ensure They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Oversee Custodial Operations.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Custodial Supervisor Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Custodial Employees. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Achieve Company Goals And Provide High-Quality Services To Clients.
Knowledge Of Cleaning Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Cleaning Procedures, Products, And Equipment Used In The Custodial Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Safety Protocols, And Cleaning Standards.
