- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns and following up to ensure resolution.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
