- Mentor and train new account managers as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Portfolio Of Key Accounts.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Facilities Services Or Building Maintenance Industry.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Regulations Pertaining To Facilities Services And Maintenance.
