Oversees and directs custodial, grounds / arboreal site and athletics) and maintenance personnel and other workers engaged in overall support services, facilities equipment and repair, and preventive maintenance, cleaning / custodial tasks and projects. Reviews construction and installation plans to ensure serviceability and standardization.
