Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Proficiency In Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Kronos Or Workday.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Improving Efficiency And Productivity.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Findings To Management.
