  1. Develop and maintain workforce management strategies and processes to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  2. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to create and implement workforce plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to forecast and plan for future workforce needs.
  4. Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of workforce data.
  8. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates on workforce management and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to continuously improve processes.
  10. Train and educate managers and employees on workforce planning and management principles to promote understanding and compliance.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain workforce management software and tools.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall company performance.
  13. Support the development and execution of workforce management budget plans.
  14. Continuously evaluate and optimize workforce management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on workforce management and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Proficiency In Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Kronos Or Workday.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Improving Efficiency And Productivity.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Findings To Management.
