  1. Ensure all merchandise is received, processed, and stocked in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Organize and maintain stockroom and sales floor according to company standards.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  4. Assist in setting up and executing visual merchandising displays.
  5. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure all merchandise is readily available for customers.
  6. Keep track of backstock and assist in replenishing sales floor as needed.
  7. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with physical inventory counts.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
  9. Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies.
  10. Assist in fulfilling online orders and processing returns.
  11. Communicate any maintenance or repair needs for stockroom and sales floor to management.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and assist with any inquiries or requests.
  13. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
