  1. Maintaining Store Organization: The Stock Associate will be responsible for keeping the store organized and visually appealing by restocking and arranging merchandise on the sales floor.
  2. Receiving and Processing Shipments: This individual will be responsible for receiving and processing new merchandise shipments and ensuring they are accurately entered into inventory.
  3. Inventory Management: The Stock Associate will be responsible for regularly conducting inventory counts and ensuring accurate stock levels in the store.
  4. Assisting with Customer Service: When needed, the Stock Associate will assist with providing excellent customer service by helping customers locate products and answering any questions they may have.
  5. Restocking and Merchandising: The successful candidate will be responsible for constantly restocking merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring that all items are displayed in an appealing manner.
  6. Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment: The Stock Associate will help maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety and cleanliness protocols.
  7. Collaborating with Team Members: This individual will work closely with the rest of the store team, communicating any stock needs or issues and supporting each other in daily tasks.
  8. Following Company Policies and Procedures: The ideal candidate will be responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, store opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention measures.
  9. Attention to Detail: As a key member of the team, the Stock Associate must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled, displayed, and priced.
  10. Passion for Fashion: The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion and the Abercrombie & Fitch brand, staying up-to-date on new products and trends to better assist customers.
