- Maintain Organization: The Stock Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is organized and displayed in an appealing manner in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor Inventory: The Stock Associate will regularly check and update inventory levels, ensuring that all items are accurately accounted for and restocked in a timely manner.
- Stock Merchandise: This role will involve receiving new merchandise and properly stocking it on the sales floor, as well as restocking items that have been returned.
- Assist with Visual Merchandising: The Stock Associate will work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all displays are properly executed and reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- Maintain Store Appearance: It will be the responsibility of the Stock Associate to keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with Team: The Stock Associate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all merchandise is readily available and easily accessible for customers.
- Perform Inventory Audits: Regular inventory audits will be conducted by the Stock Associate to identify any discrepancies and address them accordingly.
- Follow Safety Procedures: The Stock Associate will follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling merchandise and operating equipment.
- Assist Customers: The Stock Associate will be expected to assist customers with locating items and answering any product-related questions.
- Meet Deadlines: This role will require the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines for restocking and inventory management.
- Uphold Company Standards: The Stock Associate will be expected to represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Previous Retail Experience, Preferably In A Stock Or Distribution Role
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment
