  1. Lead and manage strategic initiatives to drive growth and development for the Abercrombie & Fitch brand.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  5. Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
  6. Communicate project updates, progress, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
