  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, embodying the Abercrombie & Fitch brand values of individuality and diversity.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge, and offering personalized styling advice.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador by representing Abercrombie & Fitch in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  4. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, passion for the brand, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  6. Lead by example by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, setting up visual displays, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  7. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  8. Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  9. Act as a point of contact for customer complaints or concerns, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and ensure the store is meeting its performance targets.
  11. Continuously stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
  12. Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store, and ensuring the security and safety of the store and its merchandise.
  13. Be a team player and support other team members in their duties as needed.
  14. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting and embracing diversity and individuality.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Abercrombie & Fitch Must Have Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Ability To Handle Customer Service, Sales, And Other Operational Tasks.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Key Holder, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Other Team Members. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Leadership Abilities: The Key Holder Is Expected To Lead And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks And Provide Constructive Feedback.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Key Holder, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Opening And Closing The Store, Handling Cash, And Ensuring The Store Is Clean And Organized. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed Accurately And Efficiently.

  • Availability And Flexibility: Key Holders Are Expected To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Must Also Be Available To Fill In For Other Team Members In Case Of Absences Or Emergencies.
