1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and visitors on campus.
2. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any potential security threats or risks.
3. Monitor and respond to security alarms and CCTV footage to ensure the safety of the property.
4. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve security protocols and procedures.
6. Greet and interact with employees, customers, and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
7. Handle any security-related incidents or emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
8. Report any security issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities and management.
9. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing assistance to employees, customers, and visitors.
10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, patrols, and other related activities.
11. Attend mandatory training sessions and stay up-to-date on security best practices and procedures.
12. Communicate effectively and work closely with other store departments to ensure a cohesive and safe shopping experience for customers.
13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
14. Act as a role model for inclusive and positive behavior, promoting a welcoming and diverse workplace culture.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
