1. Develop and design unique prints and patterns that align with the Abercrombie & Fitch brand aesthetic.
2. Collaborate with the Print and Pattern team to brainstorm and create new design concepts.
3. Utilize CAD software to create and edit digital print and pattern designs.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
5. Ensure all designs are completed accurately and within designated timelines.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in design direction.
7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement on designs and processes.
8. Maintain organized digital files and archives of all designs.
9. Communicate and coordinate with external vendors for print and pattern production.
10. Work with team members to ensure consistency and quality in all print and pattern designs.
11. Attend design meetings and provide input on new product ideas and concepts.
12. Adhere to brand standards and guidelines in all designs.
13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs meet production and manufacturing requirements.
