  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track store performance.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for store teams.
  6. Conduct store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with store managers to understand their needs and address any issues.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
  10. Support in the development and execution of store strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  11. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and projects as assigned by the Store Operations Manager.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate communication of important updates and changes to store teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations Or Store Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
