- Develop visually compelling and on-brand creative direction for all editorial content, including campaigns, photo shoots, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to conceptualize and execute innovative and engaging content ideas.
- Lead and manage a team of designers and photographers to ensure the timely and high-quality production of creative assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously elevate the visual aesthetic of our brand.
- Manage and maintain the visual identity and standards of the brand across all platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and merchandising, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging.
- Approve and provide feedback on all creative assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
- Conduct regular photo shoots and oversee the editing process to ensure the final product meets visual and brand standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for select projects.
- Manage the budget and resources for all creative projects.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback to foster growth and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of the creative vision.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Bachelor's Degree In Art, Graphic Design, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As An Art Director Or In A Similar Role In The Fashion Or Retail Industry
Strong Understanding Of Editorial Concepts And Trends In The Fashion Industry
Proven Track Record Of Creating Successful And Visually Appealing Campaigns For Print And Digital Media
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
