- Lead the design direction for Abercrombie & Fitch's e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing online shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong and vibrant brand image through visually stunning designs.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and incorporate them into the design strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality and consistent work.
- Oversee the creation of digital assets, including graphics, imagery, and videos, to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct regular research and analysis to gather insights and improve the e-commerce design strategy.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align design efforts with overall brand messaging and promotions.
- Collaborate with the user experience team to improve the functionality and usability of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather feedback.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the e-commerce design strategy.
- Represent Abercrombie & Fitch's brand and values through all design work.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Art Direction For E-Commerce Or Fashion Retail Industry
Strong Understanding Of Current Design Trends And Techniques For Digital Platforms
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Inspire A Team Of Designers And Photographers.
