- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of products and materials.
- Accurately record and document all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
- Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to appropriate team members.
- Follow all company policies and procedures for handling and storing products.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse department.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Warehouse Associate At Abbvie Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures Basic Knowledge And Skills In Reading, Writing, And Math, Which Are Necessary For Performing Warehouse Tasks.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Setting Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Basic Warehouse Equipment Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks.
Strong Organizational Skills: Warehouse Associates At Abbvie Are Responsible For Receiving, Storing, And Shipping A High Volume Of Products. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills Are Vital To Efficiently Manage Inventory And Maintain Accurate Records.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial For A Warehouse Associate. This Includes Accurately Counting And Labeling Products, Ensuring Proper Storage And Handling, And Identifying Any Discrepancies In Inventory.
